Holding Information

Simply click on the Boardroom Pty Limited website link above. For identification and security purposes, you will need to know your Holder Identifier (HIN/SRN), Surname / Company Name and Post Code.

Change of Address / Bank Details

To do this, you need to send written authorisation to the registry quoting your security holder reference number (SRN) or for CHESS holders your holder identification number (HIN) and sign your request. Forms can be downloaded from the Boardroom Pty Limited website.

Change of TFN/ABN

You can advise the Registry of your TFN/ABN over the phone or in writing to the Registry.

You may choose not to provide your TFN/ABN, but if you do not provide your TFN/ABN your distribution may be taxed at the highest marginal rate.
