ITL Dividend Reinvestment

The ITL board encourage shareholders to participate in ITL's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP). While ITL understands the need to offer dividends to shareholders, ITL's strategic plan is to grow the business through organic growth and acquisitions.

By converting your dividends into additional shares, the cash that would have been paid out as a dividend is available for reinvestment to fund growth. Once registered for the DRP, your registration will stay in force for future dividend payouts or until your preference is changed.
